I was born and raised in Traverse City, starting my career in the Parts Department of Traverse Motors back in 1981. I spent ten years selling Toyota and Volkswagen parts, then switched to Grand Traverse Auto’s Parts Department for another six years. I did a stretch in the body shop as an estimator for another four years. Then, I decided it was time to do something different and for six years I worked in a cabinet shop. After hearing about an opening back at Ford, I decided it was time to get back to selling parts. After another seven years there, Serra called and invited me back to work for their wholesale department. I’m hoping to finish my Parts career where it started, selling Toyota and Volkswagen parts.
