The man in the service department on Monday, June 9, 2025 was excellent!! Being from out of town when our service engine light came on, and not knowing where to go. He was able to correct the problem and get us back on the road quickly. And even gave us a recommendation on a winery. Fantastic!
I had a great experience with the purchase of my CT5-V. Serra had the spec I wanted and didn't play any pricing games. Mark Blandin made buying out of state, sight unseen as smooth and easy as possible. Once the car arrived (in CA from MI), it was in perfect condition. Mark and the team followed up to ensure I was happy with everything and were very responsive to a few questions I had even after the sale. Would highly recommend them whether you're in Michigan or any other state.
Wonderful and extremely professional. I live in a different state and wanted to have a car checked out by a mechanic. He sales person took the item to the mechanic and returned it back to the lot after he was finished inspecting it and giving me a report. She was so nice wrote the whole interaction. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Worst dealer , bait and switch, read the fine print, they will not honor advertised price. Stay away, but they will hound you like a dog, call blocker recommended. Just horrible, if you work there, find another job, life is too short.

Everyone we came in contact with was helpful, polite, and seemed to like their job. Serra has done a good job with his personnel at the Cadillac/Audi Service Center. We purchased two new Cadillacs in a row from Dave Kring because of lousy service and lousy attitudes of the last Cadillac dealership in Traverse Ctiy.
BEWARE,BEWARE,BEWARE. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Camery on 8/4/17at full price.. The dealership changed the date until August 1,2017. The White pearl Camery did not have the options that the first Camery I looked at. I was not aware of this because I never was given an opportunity to test drive this car.
